Job Description

The Quality Assurance Engineer supports an agile team in analysiing, designing, building and testing high quality ISERP Product Suite that meets and exceeds our customer expectations. This is an exciting opportunity for you to make your mark in a fast-paced and growing software engineering organization. The QA Engineer will review funtional requirements and users stories from business partners; design test plans, write test cases, oversee test strategies and perform testing for assigned applications. The QA Engineer will submit and verify defects, maintains documentation of test result to assist in debugging and modification of ISERP software, analyse test results to certify existing funtionality and integrations and recommends corrective action upon failures. Testing will include funtional and non-funtional, integration, regression, system, smoke and sanity testing.

Job Responsibilities

  • A post graduate degree policy science, public policy related fields.
  • At least 2 of prior experience leading conducting policy or analysis the national level.
  • Familiar policy, regulatory institutional frameworks the financial sector Cambodia.
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Self-motivated works autonomously minimal supervision.
  • High English proficiency.
  • Knowledge digital economy a plus.

Job Requirements

  • Conduct background policy teaser and analysis to support the development of policy frameworks.
  • Contribute professional expertise and experience to support existing projects as well as proposals for new bodies of work; synthesizes research findings to identify and recommend best practices.
  • Prepare professionally written, aesthetically appealing materials of policy research findings to identify and recommend best practices.
  • Cross-sectionally work with internal and external stakeholders integrally and externally.
  • Build supportive, trusting relationships stakeholders internally externally.
  • Support execution meetings, conference calls, webinars by coordinating logistics, developing agenda, developing content, taking notes, following up resulting action items; and any other tasks that may identified by board directors.
