UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and intuitive digital experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and optimize our digital products, ensuring they not only meet but exceed user expectations.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas.
• Develop user interface designs that are visually appealing, consistent, and on-brand.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
• Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
• Ensure designs are responsive and accessible on various devices and platforms.
• Work with developers to implement designs, providing assets, design specifications, and guidance throughout the development process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design tools and technologies.

• A portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work, including mobile and web applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum development environment is a plus.
